Account Settings

You can manage settings for your Vantacard account at any time. Update your contact information, adjust your Cash Me settings, change your CashID or choose a legacy contact for your account.

Learn how to adjust your profile

Update email or phone number  
Tap Settings

Click on your profile at the top

Edit your details
Note: We may need to verify certain information to prove it's you.

Tap Save
Reset CashID
If the payment has already been completed, you can request a refund from the recipient:
Open Cash App.
Tap the Activity tab.
Find the transaction in question.
Tap on the transaction and then tap "Request Refund."
Add a note explaining the reason for the refund and send the request.
Set up a PIN or Face ID to make payments
To do so:

Tap Settings

Select Privacy & Security

Toggle the Security Lock on

Enter your PIN or Touch ID
Set a payment limit
At the moment, the only way to add additional information to invoices is to add the information to the workspace's name.
Control who can send me requests
Tap Settings

Select Privacy & Security

Scroll down and toggle Incoming Requests on or off

If toggled on, select whether to receive requests from your Contacts or from Anyone
Change payment speed
